  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: By the kind Permission of your Lordships Predecessor, and I humbly solicit your Lordship to continue the same Indulgence to me, I do not personally reside upon my Cure. My Brother who lives at Lapford, an adjoining Parish, serves it for me. With a Salary of Ten Pounds per annum.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I reside at Ashbrittle in the County of Somerset, which Parish I serve for the Revd Mr Chancellor Quicke.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is performed in my Church once every Sunday, with a Sermon.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administered four Times in the year. There are generally about 12 or 14 Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: From Midsummer to Michaelmas.

  7. Church fabric: In good Repair, & every Thing decent for divine service.

  8. Glebe terrier: There is a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: About Twenty.

  10. Chapels: None.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: None.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: None.

  13. Charity: None.

    Priest's orders and institution: I was ordained Priest on the Twentieth of July 1766, and instituted on the Thirtieth of July 1766.
